Kate Bonestroo

Executive Director

Kate Bonestroo- Has over 30 years of experience working with families with young children. Her work has been dedicated to mentoring and educating parents in the area of infant, toddler and preschool development. She has met with hundreds of parents in all walks of life. And every one of those parents had the same hopes and dreams their children; to be healthy and safe.

Volunteering at the Diaper Bank is a way for Kate to help struggling families reach their hopes and dreams for their children. Kate attended the University of Minnesota where she received both an undergraduate degree and a Masters in Education.

 Christi Krautbauer

Board Member

Christi Krautbauer- Joined the Diaper Bank of Minnesota board of directors in 2016 for a really simple reason: because she believes that no parent should have to choose between putting food on the table or keeping their little ones in clean diapers.

As a mother of three, Christi has changed thousands of diapers. And she feels blessed to have never worried about whether she would have enough to keep her babies clean throughout the day. Her mission is to make sure that all parents have the chance, because so many things become possible when families have enough diapers.
When she’s not volunteering with the Diaper Bank, Christi works at Thomson Reuters as a Product Innovation Manager. She also chairs the company’s Minnesota Women & Leadership business resource group.
